Frank created a lasting legacy. That’s not easy to do. While being a wonderful husband, father and grandfather, Frank added value to people’s dreams, aspirations and lives. People remember someone that lent a helping hand and provided encouragement and substance to them. Frank did all these things and made it look simple. Through it all he remained humble.
